Collaborating with Vida Brillante during the Spring/Summer of 2023, our mission was to create a sustainable online revenue source while nurturing a close-knit community as they traveled to deepen their shamanic craft.
To achieve this, we designed an automation system for their Virtual Mesa online membership where members could easily subscribe via PayPal which seamlessly tags them into Mailchimp and receives a welcoming email containing essential details for the Facebook group, Zoom meetings, and accessing archives. This integration swiftly recruited 20 people to join the membership within the first 48 hours.
