ASHLEY MATEO (She/Her) is the CEO of Claim Your Magic and is a Certified Digital Business Manager who’s on a mission to support coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs in creating transformational courses and building solution-oriented systems to reach the full potential of their businesses that make a positive impact in the world.
After years of working as a project manager, Ashley made a shift and quickly started her own coaching business. Independently, she successfully created her brand and launched courses that merged her interests in sustainable change and ethical approaches to work.
Her move to becoming a Digital Business Manager today is heavily driven by serving coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs in creating efficient and smoother systems for scaling and launching inventive courses. Her intersectional approach between business and spirituality has been cited by multiple clients and partners to be inspiring and empowering.
Ashley’s experiences, between the corporate world and entrepreneurship, shape her current work and beliefs in personal transformation and professional growth as a practice for a more sustainable and fulfilling life and career.
Based in Boston, this Filipino-American multi-hyphenate is commended and celebrated not only for her commitment to self and professional development, but for her practice of authenticity, openness, and vulnerability.
HER JOURNEY
Ashley has worn multiple hats and has 4 years of experience working in events, business, and project coordination and management throughout her career. Moreover, she expanded to the coaching industry and became a Health & Wellness coach and a Life & Purpose coach.
Later on, she transitioned to Virtual Assistance and Tech work, leading her to finish and receive her Digital Business Manager certification through DBM Bootcamp. Evident from her milestones, Ashley loves to explore, and learn and has an expanding desire to support her fellow coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs in building their businesses. Hence why Claim Your Magic fully encapsulates and embodies the essence of soulful and purpose-driven work. Telecom Project Manager
This was Ashley’s entry to the corporate world which introduced her to the underpaid and toxic work culture which led her to change for the better.

Health & Wellness Coach
Simultaneously, Ashley wanted to take on new endeavors for her mental health. Her desire to run her own life coaching business made her try this role for a start. Effectively, she has gathered a handful of clients and accountability groups through social media however, she reflected on needing to learn more about reaching and expanding audiences.

Project Coordinator
She entered the state government and had more autonomy in her work. She started to wear multiple hats which she thoroughly excelled at. From being an executive assistant to events coordinator and supporting business + project management work.

Life & Purpose Coach
After her previous work experiences, she finally launched her first-ever life coaching business full-time. She worked with 1:1 private clients, ran a signature group coaching program, launched various courses and workshops, and even offered free digital courses online.

Virtual Assistant
Due to experiencing burnout, Ashley reflected and transitioned to more sustainable and consistent work. She effortlessly applied all the knowledge she’d gained through the years. Virtual assistance enabled her to support other fellow coaches through course building, email marketing, tech and maintenance, automation, and building webpages.

Since getting certified as a Digital Business Manager (DBM/OBM), she felt her calling to flourish with this work and spent the end of 2023 focused on Claim Your Magic’s new offerings for this year. From here on, Ashley and her team aspire to be partners for coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration they need to thrive in their businesses.
